    It probably might be one of the last tile roofed house in the neighbourhood before the RCC mania took over. It was painstakingly built over a perid of five years 74-79 at an estimated cost of 3lakhs (a huge amount at that time). It stands as a legacy of it's owner Late Manjunath Gopal Naik.
